DESTINATIONS & DELIVERY
What are the estimated delivery times?
Orders will be dispatched within 72 hours from the date of their placement. Please note that Luisa Cevese Riedizioni will not deliver during weekends and Italian bank holidays. Delivery times depend on the shipping destination.
Which countries do you deliver to?
We deliver to ITALY and most EU Countries.

How much does shipping cost?
To check the shipping cost of specific destinations, see the list below. Orders to Extra EU countries can be subject to import fees. Payment of these import fees is the sole responsibility of the Client.

How can I track my order?
As soon as your order is entrusted to the courier you will receive an email confirming the shipping with the tracking number, through which you will be able to monitor your parcel and know the estimated delivery date.
What happens if I am not available at the time of delivery?
At the time of delivery, a signature will be required. If no one is available at the listed address, the courier will leave a note with directions to schedule a new delivery date. There will be at most 2 delivery attempts, after which the package will be held at the courier’s warehouse.
RETURNS
Can I return a product if I’m not satisfied?
If you are not satisfied with your order, you can exercise the right of return within 14 working days of the delivery (working days are calculated on the basis of documented proof of delivery).

The products must be returned intact (not used or damaged), in the original box including the paper hang tag.
How can I return an item?
Contact us at luisaceveseriedizioni@gmail.com, indicating the order’s number in the subject of the email.
We will authorize your return request and send you a message with all useful details to proceed with the return.
The logistics and shipping costs (and any customs fees, if any) for returning the goods will be at your expense.
