The photographs, text, graphics, information and characteristics reproduced and illustrating the products presented are not contractual.
We have done our best to display as accurately as possible the colours of the products shown on this web site. However, because the colours you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour will be accurate.

PRODUCT CARE
You can hand wash the items with lukewarm water and allow to dry in the open air but not directly in contact with the sunlight.

As for silk and leather, expect this unique material to change and decay over time from use, lack of use and exposure to the elements.

AVAILABILITY
Luisa Cevese Riedizioni reserves the right to modify the variety of products.
Should a product become unavailable after the Buyer has placed an order, (stock error, discontinued product), Luisa Cevese Riedizioni will inform the Buyer thereof by e-mail.
Any cost will be charged.

PRICE
Product prices are indicated in Euro (€). They are including the VAT but they do not include the cost of shipping. Full payment must be made when ordering.

For the countries out of the European Union, the displayed selling prices are indicated out-taxes and could not benefit a deduction of VAT. The Customer recognizes that he is regarded as the official importer and therefore, according to the country of delivery chosen at the time of the order, will have to discharge customs duties and/or of importation according to the legislation in force in the aforementioned country. These rules vary by country so please contact your local customs office for further information.

For companies with VAT number (throughout Europe), it’s possible to buy products without VAT. Before placing an order, please contact the customer service with the contact form. We will answer you within 24 hours.

Please note that Luisa Cevese Riedizioni reserves the right to change prices at any time on our online store and to refuse any order from a customer with whom there is a dispute.

DELIVERY
Products will be dispatched to the delivery address indicated by the Buyer upon placing the order.
Your products will normally be shipped within 1-3 working days after you place your order – check the estimated delivery time and delivery fees for your country in the "delivery" section of the customer service.
Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you an email so you can track its progress.
Your order will be delivered by MailBoxes (or their partner company) to the address you specified. Anyone at the delivery address can sign for the parcel, and you can also ask for it to be left with a neighbour. If no-one is available to sign for the parcel, a drop card will be put through the door to let you know. After three delivery attempts the parcel will be sent to the nearest MailBoxes depot for collection.
Shipping fees specified in € (Euro) will be displayed in checkout.

SECURE PAYMENT
We accept online card payment with MasterCard, VISA or PayPal using our secure server.
We will only take payment from your credit/debit card or PayPal account after your order has been despatched. The currency used is Euro (€) for all countries.

APPLICABLE LAW - DISPUTES
The present contract is subject to Italian law. The present General Terms and Conditions of Sale are drafted in English and will be executed and interpreted according to Italian law. In the event of a dispute, the customer will first contact
Luisa Cevese Riedizioni in order to try and reach an amicable settlement. Failing this, Italian courts will be deemed the only competent courts. Any dispute relative to the interpretation, execution or breach of the contract agreed between Luisa Cevese Riedizioni and the Buyer, even in the event of multiple claimants, will be subject to the sole jurisdiction of the Courts of Milan.

PRIVACY POLICY
Luisa Cevese Riedizioni undertake not to disclose to third parties the information provided by customers on the site. These are confidential. They will be used by its internal services to process your order and to reinforce and personalize the communication including information’s letters and e-mails.

MODIFICATION OF THE GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
